How is LUMO different from a chatbot?
LUMO is an AI agent, not a chatbot. Working from the context you have already built, it takes real action: adds and updates applications, runs Ghost Job Checks, tailors your resume, drafts cover letters, and preps you for interviews. It always asks you to confirm before it changes anything.
What is a Job Packet?
Paste a job URL and Offboard builds a Job Packet in one pass: a Ghost Job Check on the role, a resume tailored to it, a drafted cover letter, and an interview briefing, all ready for you to review.
Can Offboard help me prepare for interviews?
Yes. Offboard generates interview briefings with company research, likely questions, and talking points, and you can run live voice practice with LUMO that scores your answers using the STAR method. Scheduled interviews can sync to your calendar.

What is a credit?
Credits power AI actions like resume tailoring, interview prep, and Ghost Job Checks. Free includes 30 per month. Pro includes 300 per month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly and quarterly plans cancel anytime. Quarterly is billed $45 every 3 months.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is $0 forever, with 30 credits per month and 3 Ask LUMO messages per day. No credit card required to start. Compare plans.
Who can see what, and what stays yours.
What happens to my data?
Your private career memory stays yours. Your resume, applications, LUMO chats, financial planning, and reflections are private unless you choose to share them.
Can Offboard review my severance agreement?
Yes. You can store severance agreements, offer letters, and benefits forms in Documents, and run a private AI analysis that explains the key terms. Those documents are part of your private career memory and are never shared with a sponsor.
If my access is sponsored, can my employer see my activity?
No. Sponsored programs can measure transition outcomes in aggregate only. They never see your roles, applications, resume drafts, LUMO chats, or any individual activity. Read our trust and privacy principles.
Do I control what gets shared?
Yes. When you share a resume or a draft, you choose what goes out and where. We do not share on your behalf.

What if they already have Pro?
The gift stacks. We add the gifted months to the end of their current Pro period, so they never lose time they have already paid for.
What if they do not claim it?
Claim links are valid for 90 days. If a gift goes unclaimed, you can resend, update the recipient email, or request a full refund from your management link.
Will I see how they are using Offboard?
No. This is purely a gift. We never share any analytics, activity, documents, or personal data about the recipient with you.
Do I need an Offboard account to send a gift?
No. Checkout is guest-only, and you get a private management link by email if you ever need to make changes. Gift Offboard Pro.

How does organization sponsorship work?
Organizations can sponsor Offboard Pro for impacted employees through the Sponsor module. You get aggregate cohort insights with a strict privacy boundary, never individual activity. See how organization workspaces work.
What can a sponsor actually see?
Whether someone has claimed their access, a general engagement level, and aggregate cohort metrics like how many participants are active and reaching milestones. Sponsors never see individual applications, resumes, LUMO chats, documents, or financial runway.
