Yes, to start. Tailoring runs on the Free plan, and your first tailored resume is free to download. After that, using a tailored version is part of Offboard Pro, $20 a month.
Will it make things up?
No. It works from your resume, your answers and your Career Context. A rewrite that adds a number or a claim is held back until you confirm it is true.
Is the tailored resume ATS friendly?
Download it as Word (DOCX), the format application sites read best, from a single-column template. ATS means applicant tracking system, the software that screens applications. Offboard does not give your resume an ATS score.
Do I need a resume to start?
No. Upload a PDF or Word file, or a LinkedIn “Save to PDF”. Or build one section by section, in about ten minutes.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
